CSI Company UK Limited was established in 2002 and since then has successfully undertaken a number of building projects and works of different scales. The principal activity of the company through years was to supply high-quality building and property maintenance services. The regional location of most projects is Inner London, central London in particular, and there are projects in such areas as Millbank, Victoria, Pimlico on its account.

CSI Company UK Limited has great experience in delivering high – quality services to all its customers. We pride ourselves in being able to provide a professional, quality product in accordance with client’s specification and timescale.

At the same time CSI Company UK Limited is committed to doing business in an ethical and law-abiding manner (for more see CSI Company Ethical Code of Business Conduct).

Our main area of work covers building maintenance, complete refurbishment, interior and exterior renovations and decorations, miscellaneous repairs including roofing, flooring, tiling, and bricklaying.

Our customers are private and commercial property owners as well as managing agencies.
We have long established relations with many of our clients.

We aim to provide our customers with a complete solution to their project requirements. We specialise in all trades and our qualified tradesmen ensure that all work is completed on time and on budget to the highest standards.

CSI Company UK Limited is a member of The Guild of Master Craftsmen members of which work to a strict code of practice that covers their relationship with customers throughout the building process. This is also a guarantee of work and proof of its excellent skills and continuous maintenance of high – quality standards that are recognised by public and local authorities.

  • The Director of the Company - Mr. Serghei Casuba

    Mr. Serghei Casuba had already had great experience of successfully running the projects in Construction Industry when he founded the CSI Company more than 6 years ago. And since then Mr. Serghei Casuba has been working hard to guarantee sound governance, company’s good corporate citizenship, responsible stewardship, and principled management and leadership that are necessary for company’s continued success. He strongly believes that integrity and ethical conduct must be integral parts of our day-to-day business activities.

  • The Company Secretary – Mr. Saulius Dutkus


    Mr. Saulius Dutkus has joined the CSI Company in the very beginning and since then has been coordinator and manager for many successfully undertaken building projects of different scales. Mr. Saulius Dutkus is also responsible for high-quality standards and maintaining sound Health and Safety standards within the Company.

  • Senior management team is also represented by Chartered Architects, Project Manager, Account Coordinator, Health and Safety Officer. To understand better the structure of the CSI Company UK Limited the detailed chart is enclosed.
  • All employees are represented by qualified and trained specialist with excellent skills and great experience as they have proved while working in successfully undertaken by CSI Company UK Limited building projects. They all deliver work to BS Standards. Among them are:
    • All our electricians have qualifications by National Inspections Council for Electrical Installation Contracting (NIC EIC)
    • All our plumbers are qualified specialists with CORGI and NIC EIC Professional Qualifications.
    • All operatives as carpenters, painters and labourers employed by CSI Company UK Limited are registered in Construction Industry Scheme and have passed Construction Skills Health and Safety Test in different categories by Construction Skills Health and Safety Scheme. They all have relevant experience of minimum 10 years.

Health and Safety Policy

CSI Company has a very sound Health and Safety Policy and continuously maintains its standards and improves its performance.

CSI Company UK Limited holds a Health and Safety Policy as required by section 2(3) of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. It covers company’s objectives, organisation and specific arrangements. It also contains descriptions of the arrangements by which the policy is implemented.

CSI Company UK Limited conducts assessments where appropriate under the relevant statutory provisions (e.g. Management of Health & Safety at Work, COSHH, etc). It also has a system in place for assessing the competence and the ongoing monitoring of sub-contractors when required and review of their Health & Safety performance. CSI Company operates Health and Safety training policy and schedule and provides a specific training, e.g. Health and Safety Induction, Hazard Awareness, Accident Reporting, Manual Handling.

Regarding the suppliers they all are expected to comply with the company’s required standars for quality and sound performance. Our company requires from all suppliers or hire companies the confirmation that the article or substance to be supplied is safe and without risk to health when properly used. Also we ask to supply details of any tests or examinations carried out and full instructions for the safe use of the article of substance.
